• Log data: IP, browser, OS, referring URLs, pages visited, timestamps
• Cookies and similar technologies — session, preference, analytics, advertising cookies if and when we partner with ad networks
• Device and usage data: approximate location, device identifiers, interactions with email/SMS we send

4. Email Program — CAN-SPAM Compliance

Every commercial email identifies itself as advertising when required; uses accurate "From" routing; uses a subject line reflecting the content; includes our valid postal address; and provides a clear unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days.

5. SMS Program — TCPA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and applicable state law. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring, autodialed marketing and informational text messages from American Polling at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Poll Data & Aggregation

Individual poll responses are stored with your identifier (email/phone). We may publish or share aggregated results (totals, percentages, demographic breakdowns) without identifying individual respondents. We never publish your individual response tied to your personal information without your express consent.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and (when partnered) deliver relevant advertising. Disable cookies in your browser if you prefer; some Site functions may break. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Third Parties Who Process Data on Our Behalf

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our programs — email service providers, SMS aggregators and short-code providers, hosting/CDN providers, analytics providers, and advertising partners. Active subscriber records retained while you're subscribed; opt-out records retained indefinitely on a "do not contact" list. Consent records (audit trail) retained ≥ 4 years.

Industry-standard safeguards. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

This Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
