These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of americanpolling.org (the "Site"), our polls, newsletter, SMS program, and related services (collectively the "Services") operated by LOP Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
American Polling collects opinion data from U.S. residents on political, social, and cultural questions. Polls are not statistically random samples unless explicitly stated. Aggregated results may be published. Individual responses are kept confidential unless you grant separate written consent. Nothing on this Site is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Subscribe at /subscribe.html. By subscribing, you consent to receive promotional and informational emails per our Privacy Policy and the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email or by emailing us.
Program Description. The American Polling SMS program delivers recurring poll invitations, alerts, and informational messages to subscribers who have expressly opted in.
Consent. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from us at the mobile number you provide, sent using an automatic dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency. Typically 4–10 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates. May apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out. Reply STOP to any message.

Supported Carriers. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All content on the Site is the property of LOP Solutions, LLC or its licensors. Brief excerpts with attribution are permitted for non-commercial use. Other uses require our prior written consent.
You agree not to: violate any law; harass, threaten, or harm any person; interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape Site content without permission; submit false information (including phone numbers that are not yours); impersonate any person; or attempt to manipulate poll results via automation, multiple submissions, or proxy accounts.
By submitting a poll response, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use that response in aggregated form for our editorial and analytical purposes.
The Site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for them.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
You agree to indemnify LOP Solutions, LLC from any claim arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Florida law; exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
We may revise these Terms; material changes will be posted with updated Effective Date.
